The room we had is not properly cleaned got hair on the bathroom when we got there. The bed has bedbugs biting our feet. The staff is not even accommodating.

Front desk didn't perform thteir duty. After we checkout, they refused to book taxi for us to airport and told us to get a taxi on the street. Luckily the Japanese staff working in the hotel cafe manage to book a taxi for us. No bottle water, tea bag and ibstant coffe provided in the room.

博多駅　筑紫口から直進（徒歩10分）1回右にまがるだけでわかりやすい。 ホテル周辺もスーパー、コンビニあって便利。 お部屋もとっても快適でした。 また福岡行く時には利用したいです。

車椅子の方も泊まれる部屋？ ペットが同伴出来るお部屋で予約しましたが、今まで見た事がない、多目的トイレ？みたいな広すぎる洗面室＆バスタブが一緒になった設備でした。 部屋も今までいくつか泊まったリブマックスのペットOK部屋よりかなり広かったのでスーツケースを広げても余裕でした。立地が素晴らしく部屋も広くて快適。チェックイン、アウトのフロントは日本人が1人もいませんでしたが問題なし。

まあ、良かったです。部屋がちょっと犬の匂いが残っていると感じたことはマイナス。空気清浄機を最大で朝まで使わないと匂いが気になる感じであった。

夫婦でツインの喫煙ルームを利用しました。 チェックインの際、受付の方が2人居たのですが、どちらも日本人の方ではなく、説明が少し判りづらかったです。 部屋の設備はとても良かったのですが、タバコの匂いがかなり残っています。 喫煙ルーム希望なので仕方ないのですが、匂いに慣れるまでは少し辛かったです。もう少し消臭の徹底をお願いしたいと思いました。
