Before booking, I did enough research to know what to expect. The self check-in and check-out was seamless. The email response to one issue we encountered in our room during our stay was attended to quickly and efficiently. Overall our stay was pleasant and I have no complaints.

地點便利，但是住5了晚都沒有人來打掃倒垃圾很困擾，即使發訊息給飯店，也只獲得制式回覆，且溝通訊息均以日文回覆，未提供英語服務。 The location is convenient, but it was quite inconvenient that no one came to clean the room or take out the trash during my 5-night stay. Even after messaging the hotel, I only received automated responses, and all communication was in Japanese with no English support provided.

Convenient location, nice appartment but communication is difficult as there is no one on site, only two digital tablets to welcome you. Therefore, I was surprised that there is no possibility at all to let your luggage before chechin or after checkout. Not convenient at all !!

It was very noisy outside of the building. Drunk people, endurance, noisy fridge...You want to prepare earplugs. The location is very convenient to go to Tenjin. The room was pretty clean.

Not for family stay

The room is ok but definitely not for family stay with your kids. Especially the beddings were poor and the curtain was not enough for morning sunlight. Also the building is surrounded by noisy places such as night club or izakaya. There were some shouting guys at 4 a.m. If you are not concern about those, it is not bad for costs.

It's a self check in. No front desk ppl. Didn't know until I arrived. Was not easy to figure out. No trash can I the room. Why?

Check out time was 11am but there was a regular elevator maintenance checking for the only one elevator in the building between 10am to noon. There was only one unnoticeable notice in the lift lobby at ground floor and only in Japanese on it and no graphics. We were not the only visitors caught by it, we all need to carry the luggages and walk all the way down the stairs for check out. Are we unfortunate or something has to be done by the management?

チェックインも非対面、とてもスムーズな入室でした。 お部屋で気になった事もメッセージですぐに対応して下だったのでフロントが無くても大丈夫だと安心できました。 洗濯機もキッチンも付いていて本当に過ごしやすかったです。 周りも飲食店もたくさんあるので色々楽しめますし空港まで博多乗り換えなしで一本なのでとても楽でした。

그동안 겪은 모든 숙소 중 가장 최악이다. 방에 들어가자마자 화장실쪽에서 하수구 냄새났다. 방은 청소상태가 엉망이다. 카펫은 먼지가 잔뜩 껴있고, 식탁쪽 의자에는 먼지가 늘러붙고 다 녹슬어있다. 공용식기도 더러워서 쓰기싫다. 냉장고 밑에는 먼지, 과자부스러기 등 잔뜩이다. 숙소 바로 옆에 가라오케가 있다. 주변에 술집이 많아서 새벽시간에 소리지르는 사람이 있고, 싸이렌소리가 주기적으로 계속들린다. 방음은 거의 안되는 것 같다. 3일 예약했는데 하루자고 바로 다른 숙소로 옮겨버렸다. 샤워실은 좁아터졌고, 세면대는 위치가 낮고 크기도 작아서 사용하기 매우 불편하다. 돈 조금 더 주고 한 블럭 옆에 3성급 호텔 가는것을 매우 추천한다.
