清掃できてない、髪の毛が特に複数人分落ちてる 清掃スタッフの女性達は挨拶もしない ワンルームマンションに３人宿泊可にしてる所がおかしい、布団もまともに敷けない

良かった点は、部屋のパスワードを入力しても機械が反応しなくてなかなか部屋に入れなかったが電話したらすぐ対処方法を教えてくれた。 悪かった点は、部屋に備え付けのドライヤーのコードが裂けてて火花が出て怖かった。

冷蔵庫に飲みかけのペットボトルが入ってました。髪の毛もたくさん落ちていて、掃除をしているのか不安になりました。窓も最初から空いていて、防犯も心配でした。

4人と1歳の子供とで1部屋の予約でしたが、ダブルベッド1と、ダブルサイズの布団1組と伝えられていたので、そのつもりで部屋に入ったらダブルの布団は何処に敷くの？ってゆーくらいの部屋の大きさで、挙げ句の果てには、1組の布団の方にはカバーもなく… 不衛生な事が多く見られました。なので、すぐ部屋にある案内に記載されてる番号に電話しても現在使われておりません。と、言われ…1階に記載されてる番号に電話してもなかなか繋がらず…何度も何度も…で、やっとシーツを持って来て貰って寝れました。 色々ありました… 立地条件は良いと思います。

最悪
チェックインをわざわざ別のホテルでしないといけないのがめんどくさい。出来たばかりのホテルだったから期待してたけど、 ベッドにあるコードをいくら延ばしてもコンセントまで届かない。設置するときに利用者のこと考えてますか？だいたいコンセントの数も少ない。携帯を充電しようとしたら、WiFiかテレビかの電源を抜かないといけない。もう泊まらない。
