Avoid it at all cost. Over 20 beds crammed in the bigger room on 4/F, and I was charged JPY8,200 for one night, Jesus Christ! No common area for people to get together and chat. Only one toilet for each gender, and it must be shared by over 15 adults each. This is unethical and I don't know if it is permitted by law to sell lodging this way! Also, on the G/F, it showed its previous name: @福岡 81 旅館青年旅舍 81's Inn Fukuoka", which has discontinued advertising on Expedia.com. I think Expedia should do something to stop it cheating.
