"The breakfast menu was fresh, delicious, and there was such a good variety of items to choose from. The staff was pleasant & professional. Absolutely loved this hotel & will definitely vist again. There were tons of restaurants & shopping on the next block. Garretts popcorn right across the street from hotel. Hotel is beautiful & rooms were clean with lots of amenities. Great place to stay!"

"Our room was 1721 we barely slept we complained to the staff no one seemed to care staff was very rude. Rooms were clean tried to complain at check out Sunday front desk was overwhelmed and not helpful either. Will be making formal complain for the price and no rest is unacceptable"

The room furnishings were rather worn, the bed was soft, the pillows were very lumpy and the curtains were not attached properly. "The lobby are was beautiful. When we got to the room it was OK but not quite up to the standards that I expect from embassy suites. The room wa clean but the bathtub had rust and the soap dish was crusty. The ring around the fire sprinkler was falling off.
