"One of the best features in walking distance from 4 tube line that'll take you anywhere. The hotel is also air conditioned which is great during hot weather. The hotel is in excellent condition, recently renovated. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. Second time here and would stay here again."

"Hotel was ok, room was quite small and dated. Had signs of ware ranging from rust on the mirror, black mould in the bathroom and the tv not working due to a broken aerial. Iron had burnt stuff all over it so if you are thinking of staying here I would bring your own iron. Staff weren’t very quick at responding to requests and I had to chase it up multiple times "

"Really friendly staff. Room was clean, I do not recommend the top floor room if you are really tall. Shower is reasonable, but not the best. Great location for shopping, directly opposite Westfield. Good location for tube stations towards Central London. Great value for money, especially in London."
