"Unfortunately, the mattresses in room 236 are the worst we've ever slept on. We woke up with neck, back, and hip pain because they are as hard as a rock and have a lump in the middle of the bed. This might be specific to this room, but the location is convenient if you're staying there as a student at USC Fullerton. The place could improve by adding EV charging stations and replacing the old mattresses. "

"The room overall was great. Only thing that really upset us was the toilet. It’s tall. I’m average hight my partner is shorter, but the toilet was meant for very tall people. Very uncomfortable. So if you’re a shorter person that will definitely bug you. "

"Staff were very accommodating, breakfast was decent. We travelled with 4 teen boys. They loved the waffle making station. The fact that you can get coffee and tea at any time from the lobby was convenient. Quick 20 min walk to Disneyland. Hotel is close to so many good restaurants.
