"Super clean"

"Pretty decent place to stay. Quiet for the most part. The room was nice and clean. The staff did give a little bit of trouble. I know check out was 12 pm and the front desl told us this. But the cleaning staff was knocking on our door repeatedly at 11:02 AM telling us it's check out time. We told them it's at 12 but they were adamant it was 11. I called front desk and they said 12. There was also the incident with my little sister's car on the parking lot they apparently don't ...

"Property was decent i stayed for an overnight flight i had to catch in the early am. There was bit of a musty smell and the first floor smelled of weed. Definitely needs a small renovation as things look older and bathroom had mildew in shower. It is good for a quick sleep but wouldnt stay longer than one day."

"When we checked in the workers were obviously talking about another employee that they were just done with, this should not be happening in front of guests, and the check in group were not the most pleasant. "Arrived the day before my birthday and was told I would be given a complimentary upgraded room.I went to the room,and it was the same double bed room I had reserved.i called downstairs to ask,and was told to come back downstairs to get another key.I came downstairs,retrieved the new key to the upgraded room,to get to the room and again,it was not an upgraded room,but the same double bed room.At this point,I’m annoyed and I also notice a strong odor coming from this room,and the air conditioner...

"Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel and rooms look beautiful, but poor property maintenance. Things don't seem to get fixed or upgraded when they deteriorate. Elevators haven't been working well for a while. Toilet water pressure is awful. One of the mattresses was caving in. Lamp not working. Dining area under par."

"My overall experience, was exceptional. The property was at a great location. Not to far from all of the museums and attractions. The hotel room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. can't wait to come back, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. Will do next time."
