"It was a non-smoking room but there was a constant smell of someone smoking."

"The view from the room is not what we expected. We expected a direct oceanview and balcony facing the ocean where we could hang out on the balcony. All rooms face to the left or right hotal with no direct ocean front rooms. The bacony is 2' wide and can only fit plastic chairs sideways. Location is great. Parking at the hotel was limited as it seems non-hotel residents park there. Mattress seemed old and overly soft. Its truely a 3 star hotel."

"The room was not properly cleaned, hair clogged in the shower drain that my husband had to clean out because when showering the water was overflowing onto the floor…staff was rude when I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room because they said it was late 10pm and housekeeping was not available to come up and clean our room but that they could accommodate us by moving us from the 12th floor with views to the 6th floor."

"The state of the elevators, halls, and rooms was poor. Our room had painters tap on the wall and was in a state of disrepair. We were also kept up through the night by loud noises coming from both the hallway and the room next door. It’s a good hotel if you need a cheap place to stay a night or two and don’t plan on being in the hotel much. It’s close to things to do, so that was a benefit."

"We had driven for two days and were a little upset when we got there our room not ready at 3pm. Even at 4 PM regular check-in time they’re still not ready so that was just exhausting. Finally, we got into our room and it was a nice room with a gorgeous view over the next five days that we stay there a couple things stood out to me. "Our room wasn’t ready at check in time, room floors were very dirty, bathroom was extremely small, walkways to rooms outside were very dirty with garbage and some food in the same location not cleaned up for 3 days. Pools has sand and debris floating in them. "

"Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip"

"We arrived at 4pm and had to wait more than an hour due to rooms not being released. Front desk was unable to give us a time so we were stuck waiting and told they would text us when the room could be released. Went to this property during a cooler season in April and the indoor pool (only pool warm enough to swim in) was closed for our entire trip. "They charged additional fees at the properties. Thr card didnt not open the door, i had to wait roughtly 10mins, the hot tube was nastly. They dont clean the room daily but just take the trash out. No linens changed until you leave"
