"The check in was easy and the reception staff was helpful and accommodating they even provided a shuttle for us and our luggage to the hotel as it is in a different location. They will even hold your luggage if check in is not ready. Hotel room was nice and clean and a bus stop was right outside. Highly recommend!!! "

"二条駅からのアクセスもよく、建物もとても綺麗で良かったです。親戚と6人で利用しましたが、快適に過ごすことが出来ま した。キッチンは1口コンロで通路がやや狭いため、複数人で料理をするのは難しいです。タオル交換やアメニティの補充も電話ですぐに対応してくれたので助かりました。"
