"The best thing is the height of the underground garage for tall vehicles and it is heated also. They have a ski storage room at the lobby. Two blocks from the Whistler base gondolas!! Friendly, helpful staff. I have stayed there many times over the last 20 years."

"We stayed with girlfriends during our girls trip. We booked for a one bedroom suite, but upgraded to two bedroom suite, with a beautiful view of the mountain side. The room was so spacious and clean, well stacked with amenities.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
overall, we had an amazing day in the hotel and in Whistler."

"The bed was horrible! It was not a king first off, i dont think it was ecen a queen. Felt like an old mattress, big dip in the center, springs sticking through. I still have a kink in my back 3 days after we slept on it for 1 night! Squished into a corner. Bathroom fixtures in the shower were old & corroded. The staff were nice, thats all the nice i have to say about the place"

"We had a great stay. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with a mountain view. The hotel is located right at the base of the mountain in the village. The Longhorn Saloon is right next door so expect to hear thumping music until 10 pm. The hotel provided ear plugs for this. The hot tub was a great addition although you can only book it for 30 mins, but gives you privacy."
