"Hotel is across from Oktoberfest site. Unusual second floor location of lobby with self check in after 20:30. Large comfortable room with queen beds and built in bunk bed for kids. Fridge, cook top, a few pots and dishes, dish washer. AC did not work which made sleeping during our August vacation uncomfortable. Independent bakery below hotel on main floor good for breakfast. Restaurants with walking distance. About 13 euro Bolt ride to center of old town or bus stop right out front"

"Good location and spacious room. The "room" was actually 3 interconnecting rooms which gave us: 1) Bedroom and bathroom 1 2) The sitting room and kitchen 3) Bedroom and bathroom 2 This layout was good and meant we could open everything up or close the bedrooms for privacy at night. There was an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, which unfortunately could not be fixed during our stay. The staff were very apologetic and gave us breakfast as compensation on 2 of our 3 nights,...

"Staying at this property for two nights was just okay. The lobby and patio areas are nice, and the room itself is a good size. However, the bathroom is quite small, making it difficult for two people to use it comfortably at the same time. The gym is also extremely small - about the size of a guest room, and can realistically accommodate only three people at a time. Parking is first come, first served. Once the hotel parking lot is full, you have to park on the street, which can be challenging...
