"My stay at the hotel had a mix of positives and frustrations. On the positive side, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities met expectations. The overall property was also in good condition, which made for a comfortable environment during my stay.
However, my experience took a turn when I discovered an item missing from my room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk at checkout, the response I received was minimal and dismissive. There was little acknowledgment, concern, or effort to look into the situation further. Just a note taken down and a simple “OK.” The lack of urgency in addressing my concern was disappointing.
What could have been a pleasant stay ended on a negative note. While the physical aspects of the hotel were solid, the customer service in handling this issue fell short."
