"Wonderful hotel. Very helpful staff- they helped arrange a Duoro valley tour on Jan 1st, when our other tour guide cancelled at the last minute. The room was spacious, with nice bathrooms. The best part was the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Plus it was in the heart of the city, so we walked to all the local destinations. Highly recommend. "

"Wir waren viel zu früh dort angekommen, weil es geregnet hat, haben wir gefragt ob wir schon vor der Checkin zeit, unser Zimmer bekommen. Die Angestellte waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und baten uns um kurze Wartezeit. Diese nutzen wir hindem wir dort direkt zu Mittag gegessen haben. Das war super lecker und vom Preis nicht abgehoben. Danach konnten wir direkt in unser Zimmer. Toller Service. Da werden wir definitiv wieder hin. "

"Hotel bem localizado, com equipe muito atenciosa. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. Camas boas, lençois e toalhas de qualidade muito boa. O ponto negativo é o pequeno espaço para guardar roupas, mas para poucos dias de hospedagem é suficiente. No meu caso fiquei 11 dias em dois periodos. Recomendo muito esse hotel comobom custo beneficio. Outro ponto positivo é uma máquina de café 24 hs a disposição na recepão com capuccinos, café com leite, etc"
