"I had two nights stay at Lemon Tree. The location is convenient, about 15 minutes walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes walk to the old town. The property looks exactly as pictures, nicely decorated and well maintained. I love all the plants and the lemon tree there. I stayed at the second floor with a private balcony. Love it so much. The staff are so welcome and friendly. They asked about my check in time in advance and had my room ready when I got there. Staff made good...

"Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available. They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room. "I loved my stay at the Oakmoon. I was the only one there for two days, so I had free use of my spacious room, plus the open-plan full kitchen and living room area and the funky little interior patio with hand-painted mural. The house is on a narrow street of mostly private homes and a few bars and restaurants and close to plenty of other restaurants, shops, the marina, cathedral, laundromat, etc. Sarah, the house manager, is friendly and very helpful, if you need anything. "

"Comfortable, clean room and modern bathroom in a good location for exploring Faro old town. The electronic check in was easy and convenient too. There’s a kitchen area that guests can use, a small ground floor outdoor space and a roof top terrace. I only stayed one night but would recommend if you’re spending a few days in Faro. "

"Beautiful hotel for the price … large supermarket 2 minutes away was handy with refrigerator in room. 3 minutes to riverwalk, with shops, restaurants & beach ferry. TV’s are a little small for the size of the room and digital reception was poor. Stayed 6 nights and would stay again."

"Fabulous old palace containing the bar, restaurant and lounge areas, whilst the rooms are in a modern new wing decorated with interesting modern art. Appreciated the tray of crackers, cheeses and cold cuts that were waiting for us in the room. Comfortable room, fantastic view. Good btreakfast and lovely helpful staff."
