"Friendly front desk staff. Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected. I booked for my mom who has mobility issues and although the disabled friendly walk-in shower was great, the distance to get to the only elevators was quite the trek from the entrance / front desk. "For an ADA room this space was not designed with neurodivergence or accessibility in mind. The room was incredibly loud, situated next to an atrium that was occupied until 12am and beneath a room of folks that started their day in combat boots at 6am. I was staying over to take a 5hr exam at a nearby college, specifically to get a good night's sleep. Staying here was a poor choice, potentially with lasting consequences- unfortunately, the staff was too screwed by a system failure to figure...

"The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest."
