"Property was clean and gorgeous! Heated pool was amazing! Price of drinks was very high. $45 for two pina coladas! There was not enough staff for the bar area and the Brewer's marketplace area. Both were left unattended for stretches of time leaving patrons standing around."

"Room was clean, front desk was excellent. There is only 1 place to eat within walking distance and the bar/restaurant is closed on Sunday's. Shuttle to airport doesn't start until 8am..."

"I would definitely NOT recommend this establishment, if my LIFE depended on it!! They could care less about their customers. Customer Service and maintenance are a JOKE. The air conditioner was never fixed. in the room. Nor, did I move to the room that was being saved for me. They sold the room to someone else, instead. The management is HORRIBLE!! This African American Female, Solo Traveler was treated inhumane, eleven hours from home."

"We were greeted at the front desk with Tasha. She is the nicest, friendliest most helpful person. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We also frequented Scooby's where the staff was very friendly too."

"We had a great stay celebrating our anniversary. Very clean. Hot water and pressure was great for the shower. Full kitchen was nice to have and didn’t drive up the cost of the room. Pools and hot tubs were nice and well maintained. Easy access to the beach and parking. Definitely would stay here again."

"Check in was very easy. Parking, if you're lucky, you can get a spot on the property but there is a parking garage across the street not too far. It's secure and you need a pass key to get in. The main entrance was very clean and welcoming. Our condo was on the 8th floor. The key pass does not work on the door so you have to punch the code in all the time. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Exactly how it was pictured. Full kitchen. Appliances, small washer dryer, ocean views, 2...

"My partner and I had a great time! The location was beautiful and the amenities were great. We played ping pong and skeeball in the activity center, ate at the restaurant, drank at the poolside bar and swam, walked right out back to the beach, and most of all, enjoyed our ocean front view. The bathroom needed a good scrub before we used it, but beyond that we definitely enjoyed our stay! We would book again."

"No hot water, both at night and the next morning, the water wasn't even warm. I mentioned it the next morning at the front desk and the employee says, "well I guess we need to look at that" and turned and walked off. No apology, just walked off."
