There is no lift, so getting to the property requires one to climb many 50 stairs, which is a concern if one has heavy luggage, one is tired or one has even the slightest mobility issue. "The apartment was in a great part of Genoa, close to the Port and with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It was a great visit! We couldnt figure out how to turn om the air conditioner...but that could have been user error. The rooftop patio is wonderful. We were a family of 5 and it worked well. I dont think you could fit any more than that though as there are only 2 beds and 1 couch bed."

"Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going."
