"Arrived late night. Receptionist is talking with another guest about how she loves night shift because people are too tired to complain. I knew I was in for a treat! Nothing in the room. No chair, no lamps other than the unmovable bedside. If you have any work to do youre sitting on the bed to do it on the tiny shared bedside table. Most basic TV service with crappy remote. Pool opens at 10am? I wouldn't have bothered to leave a review but this is just a bad policy! I just wanted a swim...
