"The room was clean, staff helpful and courteous, ample parking. Friday through Sunday loud music from the bar above until 2am. Other nights parties can be heard up to 8pm. A convenience store on the property was a plus. TV was is a foreign language that couldn’t be changed in the menu. Location was in a remote area. Taxis and trikes had a hard time finding the place."

"The main thing is, I don’t like the smell when you’re coming to the room it’s not clean smell musky but the big deal was going into the shower finally waiting for the water to get hot. Only two after you’re halfway through your shower the water is off then I go down stairs because the phone doesn’t work only to have someone come up there more excuses and 100% not going to do anything to supplement your terrible experiences not even a second thought about it another sorry meaningless"

"I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. I liked the roof top restaurant...

"Bed support was broken upon arrival however we were moved to a 'deluxe' room which was great at letting in bugs and geckos. We stayed for 6 nights and the room wasn't cleaned nor was the linen changed. The duvet was disintergating inside and the cover had no buttons. I woke up with bed bug bites every morning. Staff were courteous enough but also inexperienced. Had to pay extra for water bottle and dispenser. Cooked breakfast was always served cold but tasted good. I also had to make my own...

"I have stayed here a few times and it is usually a great place for the cost. Due to a huge Summit on the island, a lot of places were fully booked. The only room available was a large room and it was clean and had a balcony with a view of the sea. The breakfast buffet had enough choices. At night the view from the Room 801, the rooftop bar, was great and the food was good also. Bartender Dexter and server Tuesday were awesome. And at check-in, Psyche was thorough and pleasant. I will return...
