"Si bien sabemos que no hacen la limpieza diaria al menos tenga la ética profesional, de limpiar el cuando cuando les toca hacerlo, y lo más triste es que baja uno a la recepción a EXIGIR el servicio y nadie busca una solución al problema aunado a la falta de actitud de servicio, solo se concretan a decir lo siento, pero ni toallas me dieron, fue una pésima experiencia."

"Even though we stayed for one night, the hotel is great! A relaxed and modern vibe. The only thing we struggled with was the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, but the rest was really great!"

"It was a beautifull hotel and the staff was very nice. We plan on returning next year. The Salamanca neighborhood is beautifull with lots of shops and restaurants.
Only complain is there is very little room for lugage and clothing."

"Evening front desk staffer was so, so helpful. I was trying to download concert tickets - email in Spanish - way over my level of communication! He checked all the links and ensured we were ready for the show. Definitely went above and beyond for us!!!"

"Super clean , super handy to the airport with the shuttle, the staff were very friendly and helpful , nice water and funny candies out , didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked nice and clean . We loved our stay there ."
