"Positive: if I could give a 7 star, I would for the staff. They were just genuinely pleasant and helpful. There's a lift so no need to lug your suitcase. You walk out of the hotel and the tram #1 is right there if you need public transport. We only used it a couple of times though e.g. to get to Dolmabachi Palace as you are only 5-10min walk away from all the major sights. Lav during fra varmepumper er hørbart inne (i toppetasjen) men ikke plagsomt. Store rom og godt renhold, behagelig seng. Kjempehyggelig personale. "From the moment we entered to when we left all staff were very helpful and the stay was enjoyable. Rooms were great and comfortable and we even got an upgrade courtesy of the hotel. The location is close to Galata Tower (around 5 minute walk uphill!) and all the usual tourist but far enough to have some peace in the evening. "
