"Really good value for money and well located. Staff were great!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay in Karaköy Union Hotel Karaköy was a wonderful experience. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from check-in to departure. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, and the team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The view was outstanding. Waking up to the Istanbul skyline and the water was a highlight of the trip. The room was spotless, with fresh linens, a clean bathroom, and daily housekeeping that was consistently excellent....

"Perfect location for cafes shopping and site seeing. Awesome service too."

"Wir waren zu zweit als Mädels in dem Hotel und insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Das Personal war super nett, hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war der etwas begrenzte Stauraum für Kleidung, aber auch damit sind wir gut zurechtgekommen. Die Lage war dafür top. "The staff was friendly and the room was lovely."

"Initially disappointed about our room category but then….Özge, Esmai, Pinar, Mureat and Hitat and Sabnr did a great job and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The restaurant on the 11th floor makes a difference and just the view makes the stay at the hotel worth it. The service is excellent!!! Thanks Özge for making a difference!! The breakfast is also greatly recommended. If you can spend time having dinner there, the view is spectacular on a clear day."

"Loved my stay at the Bank. Premises are beautiful, the staff are amazing, my room spacious and well designed. Will stay here again."

"Nice and friendly. Good area. Everything was Fine."

"Very busy 24/7. Having aircon on during night time and wearing earplugs definitely saved our sleep to some extent. Spacious apartment but what is offered on Expedia page will not be the apartment you get upon checking in."

"We enjoyed our stay at Aspera Hotel. Everything was just great, quick check-in, the staff, the location, the room. The breakfast was okay. I recommend this hotel and we’ll use it again whenever we go back. A huge shout to Younes who was so friendly and offered us a great help."

"Un buen hotel con una ubicación muy buena."

"The apartments are beautiful clean and in a great spot. Choose a front balcony and sit with a drink, in the early evening, and watch the world go by! I would wholeheartedly recommend the Pera Neuf to anyone who wants to be close to bars, restaurants and local transport but in a quieter street."
