"There was dirty stuff all over the walls in my room. It looked like spilled beverages or products, and the vent for the airflow to my room would constantly shake every time the air came on making it sound like someone was trying to open my door. Anytime I needed something. I had to go down to the front desk and get it myself and a package I was supposed to be delivered was never brought to my room. There was clearly a domestic dispute on my floor with people yelling in the hallway at midnight,...

"The hotel was priced just right for the 4th of July holiday weekend and we were able to access all the amenities easily. The staff was helpful and provided guidance on the most efficient way to utilize all amenities and made certain we understood the needs to have a successful stay. Parking was not easily accessible and quite pricey, but we made do of what was available. Overall, the stay was excellent."

"This is clearly not 'Hilton standard' property. The building appears run down and old. Elevators and lobby generally didn't appear clean. When first reached room it was unlocked. Washroom is below average. Parking in the property is expensive. I do not recommend!!"

"I loved it there. All the staff members were knowledgeable and kind. The kids and I loved the restaurant which was attached to the old mall. There was an area you could look down at it and see the emptiness. Plus the view of the harbor while eating. Rooms were clean, beds looked nice. Hated paying for parking because i didnt follow dirwctions of the signs and I got a large fine. My own fault."
