"Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. "This was a beautiful property and the suite we had was gorgeous. The only issue we had was the washroom shower drain flooded and they did not fix this in time. The shower experience was not great, and the room was not cleaned when asked. They refused my request for a late checkout but one gentleman was very understanding of the situation and allowed us to check out later. This staff saved the review or I would have it 1/2 stars."

There is no real bathroom….You walk in and there is a random sink and shower in your sleeping area. There is no room to even place a bar of soap. Expedia, how do you allow these bookings on your website? Our sink smelled of sewer for the first two nights. No compensation and the last two nights the family above us ran around like animals until after midnight. I...
