"Stayed here for two different days on a there and back road trip to Chicago. Clean rooms. Nice room layout. "Award-winning breakfast" is a stretch. Don't get your hopes up. And, while it's not the hotel's fault, the surrounding roadways are a nightmare. There are some potholes that could destroy your car if you're not careful. Assume this is due to the dead/dying mall next door. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, just be careful driving."

I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money ."

"This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The carpet needed vacuumed, little pieces of paper everywhere. A lot of bugs. Bathroom was ancient. Wish I would have brought a can of Lysol. The bed was comfortable."

"I did not end up staying. Couldn't get my door open because it was jammed tight in the frame. The bed was on the cheapest frame with 5 legs and would literally slide across the floor since they were uncarpeted floors. The FIRE sprinkler was wrapped with masking tape since they painted, but the paint job was pretty poor. "I had a room on the 2nd floor and it was SO loud that I could barely sleep. Room was near an entrance to the hotel & next to the kitchen. I could even hear the bathroom above me. Pretty hotel, nice hotel staff, great location but I was there to sleep & couldn’t."

"Faucet handle came off with first use. Tried putting it back on. Water would not stop running, called staff and they couldn’t fix it so they just turned the water off to the faucet and was told to use the water out of the tub to wash hands. AC did not work. Hotel seemed to be rundown. No microwave or no mini fridge in the room. Highly do not recommend."

"We had a corner suite with a King-size bed and the room was clean and very spacious. The staff was professional and easy to work with. The Breakfast was standard hotel fare and was fresh and well-maintained by the kitchen staff."
