"The property was beautiful and smelled amazing. The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. Great location and breakfast was good. The only 2 reasons I gave this hotel 3 stars are because: the BED ruined everything. They have those thin mattresses on a raised metal boxspring. You hear it every time you move, and it digs into your leg when you get up. The second issue was the housekeepers. They should be told to keep their voices down at least until after checkout. "The place was very convenient to all of the places we wanted to visit while staying in Dallas. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel too. We had a fulfilling breakfast to start the day. Even had the chance to use the pool while staying. Only “problem” we had was I tried all the outlets to charge my phone and found out only like 2 actually worked "
