"Paid a lot of money only to be given a room right next to elevator and was placed in an ADA room ( not ada) when asked about an upgrade they didn’t even make an effort to accommodate us or listen to us. When we arrived our room was muggy and ac didn’t work, again we asked for an upgrade but instead they offered their after hours hvac guy to come to the room to resolve the issue. "I’ve stayed here many times. It’s not that impressive looking on the outside but the rooms are very nice, on par with Hampton Inns and usually at half the price. Very clean, good TV, mini fridge and microwave. Good beds and linen, work table and a comfortable leather type chair to sit in. Female desk staff are very good. Male desk staff are excellent."
