"The first thing I noticed when I got to our floor was the strong smell of mildew. The whole hotel past the lobby stinks of it. The room that we got was spacious, but very dated, the carpet was visibly dirty and so was the couch. The pool was busy as it was a holiday, but it was not well kept and the workout room is not as pictured and very outdated. One of the elevators had some kind of sticky substance spilled on the floor from the moment we got there into the moment we left, no one cared...

"When we arrived hotel was beautiful but when we got into our room it was terrible floors were dirty carpet was dirty, the bed was dirty trash all over the room. I called front desk guy he was super helpful !! Told us he can switch us rooms in the morning! But did get us new bed sheets etc point is this hotel was dirty! Our experience there was horrible! Other than the room being dirty the shower was disgusting wife had to clean it !! Next day we tried to go swimming and the pool was disgusting ,...

"The room was ok, well maintained but the area of the breakfast with no ac the entire week and it’s over a 100 degrees in Texas! Also they have a policy of cleaning the room every 4 days which is unbelievable especially in a Hyatt. I stayed five days and requested several times to clean the room but nothing happened. Nice people not efficient."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Ice machine wasn't working but front desk provided ice when we needed it. Very impressed with the free hot breakfast. I would recommend!"

"Booked the room for 2 nights and was told pool would be out of services for the 2 night I was there with my family, my kids 7, 6 were looking into the pool and no apology or offered to cancel without being charged a 1 night stay,"

"We stayed for a few nights and everything was great and staff was very helpful. My husband had to go back to work early so we had to leave early. The hotel staff was also great about helping us get out early. Bbq pits were great and the free laundry really helped. Definitely will stay here again!! Also to add the kitchen saved us tons of money (family of 6)."
