"Good location, our room was super dark and just had 2 small windows along the wall. Every sound could be heard. The bathroom door was weird 2 part sliding glass door that still left gaps that you could see in. The shower floor was sloped in the wrong direction and didn’t drain. Staff was friendly and helpful. The photos look nice but in person it’s not as much so. Better than some hotels but not quite what we had expected."

"Over priced hotel but the worst was someone banging on the door 3 different times that check out was in 45 minutes then in 30 minutes the last time they FORCED 2 Senior Citizens to leave their room BEFORE checkout while part of their party was not there. This hotel Staff made 2 seniors lug all their bags downstairs themselves. When I got back PRIOR TO CHECKOUT time and found this out person at front desk was aloof and not even apologetic. Said I could call the manager on Monday if I wanted to. We were leaving on a cruise, Just returned today and believe me I intend to!!!!"

"3rd time here. Have also stayed at the Sonesta in the French Quarter. I prefer it over here with a view of the beautiful Mississippi and the rooms are much bigger!! It’s smells divine not like musty . Nice weight room . Great scrambled eggs . Nice staff"
