"What a beautiful property! VERY quiet and peaceful. Be aware that there is no elevator and you have to walk up a high steep flight of stairs with your luggage if you’re on the second floor. Also, there’s no staff apparent. You enter the front door and room door with a code. But if you had a problem, you just texted their phone and someone answered promptly to help. As I left I ran into the cleaning person. She was SO nice and friendly. We chatted a bit and at the end she gave me a hug. So...

"The pool is small but a good spot to just hang out and cool off. The hotel is walking distance to all the cool spots like Bourbon, Decatur, Canal. Super close to Cafe du Monde in Jackson Square. Simple fruit, pancakes or waffles, yogurt, cereal and coffee breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here. "

"Be prepared to pay ALOT for parking. A lot they have flat rates due to the proximity to Bourbon Street so be strategic on when you will need parking upon arrival because it fills FAST AND the spots are very tight at a complete 90 degree angle if you traveling with the Ford Expedition like vehicle park elsewhere or reconsider this location."
