"Constantly a loooong wait for the one elevator that works (the other isn’t operating). Way too long. AC in the room did not work well, never really got cool. Sad breakfast spread. Not worth the $$."

"The hotel and the room are beautiful. So many little details to make your stay more comfortable. My only complaint would be the shower. There is no way to take a shower without getting the floor wet. I like the design of the shower, but the opening needs to be smaller. "

"We were pleasantly surprised with the all-suites hotel. The room was spacious and well arranged. The breakfast was delicious. With the bad weather, we weren't able to use the pool, but it looked nice. The courtyard was lovely for breakfast, conversations, or BYOB. The hotel is close to the Convention Hall, but walkable to the French Quarter for those that are used to walking. Note that the valet parking lot is not covered."

"This was an amazing stay. Walls are paper thin so you can hear the people in the room next to you. But other than that I have no complaints at all. The staff was super friendly and the valet attendants were amazing. The security were also super friendly. 9.85/10!!! Highly recommend!!"

"Staff was helpful. Property is dated. Off of bourbon street so lots of drunk people. Hall reeked of throw up when we got to our floor because someone threw up in the vending machine room. Our a/c didn’t work after trying to fix it twice a they switched our rooms. Overall it was an ok stay given the area."
