Loved the aesthetic appeal, the large soaking tub plus roomy shower equipped with rain shower head…never ran out of hot water when both were in use. Plus one of my favorite restaurants below the Inn, the Copper Vine, delicious food with gluten free options as well as great wine options & cocktails. Definitely a great place to stay & dine!"

"The hotel reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we had special requests. Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper. "Had all the features we were looking, toaster, frying pan, coffee maker,etc. the only thing that could have made it outstanding would have been having had a working pin for the building entry keypad on arrival. A phone call quickly sorted that out. Enjoyed our stay at Roami on factor row, and felt the location has an excellent walking score "
