"Staying at Loews was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From arrival to departure, every staff member was welcoming, professional, and exceptionally efficient. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The location was ideal—close enough to easily walk to the French Quarter and other attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere. Five stars across the board. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone...

"Great 5 day stay for a 50th birthday celebration in a great city. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean, etc. No complaints. We loved the Chandelier bar and all of the restaurants and room service were excellent. The location is great, close to everything. The staff was friendly and professional, always going the extra mile. We look forward to returning to this property."

"The staff were really very helpful relatable respectful went out their way for all request that alone gives them a 5+ Well, I didn’t like was there were no irons to iron my clothes it just had steamers and I’m not used to preparing my clothes with the steamer and also I think they need to give microwaves in the room so that you can keep your coffee hot"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it appears charming but much smaller than it actually is. Once inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout, from the lobby and bar to the pool area and numerous photo-worthy spots throughout the property. I stayed in a loft-style room, which was perfect for both me and my guest. One of the highlights was the private deck, which provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the New Orleans evenings. "Great Hotel, perfectly located, but beware the parking. Hotel uses a public lot at $66/night. I walked inside just long enough to inquire if that was the only hotel option only to walk back out and find my car booted (10 min max). Hotel told me there was nothing they could do. $160. There are some temporary hotel spots to the left as you come in, but they aren’t obvious and easy to miss. Hotel needs to work this out. I was told by the Hotel that I was not the first."

"The room was very clean and staff was excellent! We enjoyed the space and the courtyard with the pool and hot tub. The only downside is the pool was crowded at times but that was probably due to the holiday weekend."

"This hotel was centrally located by all of the main New Orleans attractions. It was very walkable and close to restaurants, the convention center, the Caesar Stadium, and the outlet mall. The staff was amazing and very attentive and responsive to our needs. The only thing that I didn’t like about the hotel was the fact that the rooms do not have a lot of natural lighting, so the room felt dark all day."
