"The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm."

"Location is excellent for access to facilities on Patriot Blvd and Glenview. Hotel is very clean, well maintained and staff are helpful. As this area is away from downtown Chicago, a car (or rental car) is useful for getting around, such as going to a restaurant."

"Wasn’t sound proof. Our room was on the front side and it sounded like we were in our car and parked along side of Hwy. So loud I had to turn the tv on to help drown out the noise. Bathroom doorknob was broken."

"From our late arrival at almost midnight because of flight delays we were met by a very warm and welcoming lady at the front desk. She facilitated our check in so we could rest soonest. We really appreciated that. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom very clean! Although everything was very clean we could not help but wonder about the smell of cigarette smoking upon entering our room. They did state 100% no smoking! Breakfast was a pleasant experience. "The hotel was full and we were not allowed a late checkout. My husband is disabled and we had a five hour wait for our flight. We tried to hang out in the lobby area for part of that wait and were very unwelcome to do so. We were waiting for the airport shuttle and had all of our luggage loaded onto a luggage cart plus my husband's mobility scooter. We were discouraged from using the cart so that other hotel guests had access to it. However, there was an extra cart already waiting by the front...

"The pull out bed had blood on it. Absolutely gross didnt realise till it was midnight and had to he up at 5am. So gross. Also booked a suite with 2 beds and a pull out bed and got 1 bed and a pull out bed. Not what i ordered.Pool was nice and warm."

They was hair stuck to the shower and accumulated in areas on the floor. Communication was difficult with the housekeeping staff as they did not speak English. They were very nice. My fridge was not cooling properly. It was reported but no one came to fix it during my stay. My room was on the 3rd floor and the a/c fans were right outside the window...
