"The front desk staff was very friendly and helped to arrange a free shuttle from Fumicino airport. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the tiramisu west the standard against which all other tiramisu shall be judged on this trip! The staff in the morning sold us regional train tickets, helped us to get to the Muratella train station and gave us directions to Roma Termini station. Breakfast lived up to its excellent reputation and was well worth €20. Grazie Mille!"

"We had a fantastic stay, with some of the best service we've received. The hotel is ideally situated for arriving on the train directly from the airport (though it's best not to head back towards the station after dark, any other direction is perfectly safe). The room was excellent - plenty of space, clean with great a/c, nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. "The Hotel is so convenient to Rome Termini station. We took the 30 minute Leonardo Express from the Airport for $14 and walked to the hotel which is quiet for how close it is to the Station. The staff were wonderful and you get a physical key that you leave wjth the Front Desk when you go out. The air conditioning is great and the superior room is very spacious. "
