"We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service."

The hotel grounds are beautiful and I spent time exploring the many private areas! Breakfast was good and served in a lovely terrace area. Air conditioning was nice and cold! "Beautiful property with lovely hostess and host. Breakfast was excellent and different every day. Everything was done really well. The property is very close to restaurants, bars and the centre of town and old Gallipololi is just a 15 minute walk away. A really fabulous holiday. We couldn't have asked for anything different."

"Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer bereit, Fragen zu beantworten. Das Frühstück war im Allgemeinen sehr gut, aber es könnte ein paar weitere Optionen vertragen. Das einzige Problem beim Frühstück war der begrenzte Platz. Die Tische waren für die Anzahl der Zimmer nicht ausreichend, und wir konnten dreimal nicht frühstücken, weil kein Platz frei war. "Trevligt och stort boende med bra sociala ytor. Kommunikation på engelska mycket dålig och fick ingen introduktion till boendet. Svårt att hitta parkering på den allmänna parkeringen vissa tider på dagen (mot kostnad)"
