"we booked with expedia and their email stated everyone in our travel group 7 adults had a 1 hour free spa experience, when we checked in the hotel said no we were not able to have this. l questioned this and showed them the email but they denied it, l feel they should have honoured this, we booked 4 rooms for 4 nights, not a pleasant check in welcome. "This hotel was our saviour after a bad experience on another holiday booking app. We booked last minute and they were the kindest, helpful and friendliest staff you could imagine. Especially Flavia. "Great Sea View Room on 13th Floor. Comfortable bed but had to pay for expresso coffee available in the room. Good Selection of Breakfast with outdoor seating available. Was disappointing that the gym was just a treadmill at extra cost as well as spa at extra cost. Bar also close at 9.30pm which was a disappointment. "

"This is a bait and switch. It is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment but it actually is a 1 bedroom with a kitchen that has a pullout sofa in it. Plus there were no sheets or anything for the pullout sofa. I reported this to the property my owner but no response. Even worse, this place is being built and under massive construction. Jack hammers starting at 7am. Place did not come with any soap or shampoo despite being listed on Expedia for 1 night (so travelers expect the basics. What a disaster...
