"Room wasn’t the same as depicted on Expedias website. There are no ocean front views only side views. They upgraded us to a PH room and we found a flying roach the size of my finger! The first manager Rafael was accommodating with the room upgrade but the guy at the front desk after we found the roach was rude, unhelpful and had no phone etiquette or manners. The other manager Mike did help us get our refund after the front desk guy lied and said we checked out at 12am when we left the property...

"Our “junior suite” was anything but sweet! The bathroom had a “floating toilet” that was falling off the wall and had a fallen plastic prop to keep it from collapsing. We told the manager and they did have the plastic prop reset but this was so NOT a nice fix to a bigger problem. My handicapped mother had a terrible time using the bathroom. "The pool has only 3 or 4 umbrellas. I was unable to stay. I was not able to enjoy the pool. Once you arrived all the chairs and the 4 unbrellas were alredy taken. It means you must arrive at 6 am in other to get a chair or an umbrella. The staff was excellent. But I will look for another hotel next time where I can enjoy the pool."

"Nice being right on the beach and the pool was great as well. The room had a bit to be desired. Old lighting, wall air conditioner that didn't work very well, only three glasses and dishes as well as very little silverware. The restaurant on site was excellent. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Heard they were refubishing so maybe some upgrades are coming."
