There was no extra towels, toilet paper, silverware, the fridge didnt cool as normal. The shower head didnt work half the time. The sink & shower wouldnt drain as normal. The hot water went out after 2 kids showered. It was NOT a pleasant experience. I went to the front desk addressed concerns, and they just responded as "u will have to buy all that yourself".. The recliner was so sticky you could stick to it. As a avid Galveston tourist throughout the year. I will NOT recommend this resort to anyone!

Check in was so easy, they just sent the code to my phone. It was clean, and a cute little suite for our stay. And the plaza walking distance down the road has a grocery store, a liquor store, and a Marshall's and Burlington to get anything you may need on vacation.

The places location was great. We were by food, coffee, ice cream, restaurants and gas stations. The condo unit was just ok. It is on the beach, so I expect some wear and tear. The unit itself wasn’t very clean. We had to wash a lot of dishes before using them. The curtains in the living room had a bunch of holes in them. Just really needs some decent TLC and it could be much better.

In the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Beryl, the cleanliness and attention to detail both inside and out was amazing! Despite rain on all four of our days in Galveston, there was plenty to do and a nicely appointed balcony to relax on out of the rain and take in the nearby Gulf of Mexico.

We returned for dance competition and had such a wonderful experience with Casa Del Mar that we’re already planning our return during summer to enjoy some sun, beach waves, fishing and ANOTHER stay at CdM!!!

Everything was as it said it would be (love that)! The guests were friendly there was no overcrowding. The pools on site were on the small end but well kept up with and on warm days you still had the ocean anyway. The yard is tended to daily, they keep everything lush and green. Our family vacation was well worth the 9 1/2 hr drive.

It was a great spot for a week break for my son and myself. We don't drive but there is a shuttle that travels along the seawall. The place was clean and all the appliances were in working order. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool and area cleaned daily. The wifi worked well with 7 devices connected at one time. There were extra sheets and blankets & towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, body wash shampoo and conditioner. Bring your own beach towel. I would visit again.

They text to cancel my reservation at 4 the day before my check in. We were told by 6, yes 6, different people that they would call me back and put me in a different condo without one person ever calling back. I was able to speak to someone right before I got on the plane that switched us in a matter of minutes after stressing all night. The condo is TINY. It does not sleep 6 and there was zero storage. A normal basic hotel room was more storage. It’s run down and dirty and doesn’t have basics like salt and pepper. Go anywhere else. They are bigger, cleaner, and better stocked with decent customer service

Pictures make it look super nice. When we got there, the drapes looked dirty, smelled like moisture/kinda moldy. I get it since we’re close to the Seawall but other places don’t smell like that. The bedding was stained and dirty what looked like blood stains and yellow stains. The water wasn’t going down the drain in the tub and sink too. I called to let them the know the issues and say we were leaving because we were not comfortable or felt safe staying there. We were disgusted. We had to pay more money to stay at a nearby hotel next door basically. I’ve been messaging them pictures and asking for a refund since we didn’t even stay one night. No word yet and it’s been days! My family and I are very upset and may need to take action if not resolved soon. Wasted money and time on a very important trip.
