"Our stay was relaxing. The only issue was our A/C unit was leaking all night, we had to put towels underneath it. I noticed another review talking about the truck stop next door, it was honestly not an issue for us and it didn’t disturb us at all. The staff was very nice and attentive!"

I didn’t see any bugs or anything was there were places on the walls that things had been smeared on and the floors had broken cracked tiles and didn’t look like a mop or broom had been on them in quite a while. "I didn’t mind to stay at all. I only had a little bit of issue at the pool when there was no towels. The pool was packed, and apparently the hotel was sold out and they did not have enough towels. It also seemed that the Weight staff in the Pool area was overwhelmed and could not keep up with drink, orders or food orders or picking up food orders.. the room was clean and the staff was very kind"

"I’m shocked this has an 8/10 rating. This was probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in prior to a cruise. The front desk lady was very nice, but that’s about it for positives. From the moment we walked in it smelt off. Like a moldy mildew kind of smell. Turning the AC on made it worse. The room overall was dirtier than it should have been.
