"As past employee of Hyatt hotels for 21 years, I expected more. The property is a bit dated. It needs a little love. Parking is minimal and amenities, no outdoor pool when you are at a beach town did not make sense. Unless for a quick stay before a cruise like this one, likely willl not be back. ..."

"I asked for a room with no carpet because of my allergies and I got it but the floor wasn’t clean, there was a gap underneath the door and mosquito was coming inside the room so we had to put a towel by the door. The location was awesome it’s across the street from the beach and a lot of food places. ..."
