"The whole experience at the Agape is first class. The hotel and private grounds are beautiful and a really nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Florence. One of the top hotels we have stayed in 50 years of travel.

"Loved everything about this place but the location. The area seemed more run down than the south eastern parts of Florence. That being said we didn’t really feel that unsafe. There were kids running around the neighborhood. Restaurants weren’t as accessible during the early dinner hours. It was closer to the airport though which is why we chose it, but next time we’d probably just stay in the more downtown Florence area. "

They are all very kind and friendly and were willing to make my stay easier/better at every opportunity.. arranging early dinner, adding a lunch booking late, chatting to us about visits we were planning in the area.. the list is endless. "Right on the piazza and a room with valley view and room was sound proof and quiet. Updated room looks new. Breakfast available for fee. Hotel staff are nice. Parking wasn’t too far. Parked in P2. The trick is get in a line at the entry gates and wait for an opening , green light, then press button to get ticket. You pay on way out next day at the machine which takes tap before you get into your car, then you insert the ticket at the gate when you leave. "

"Eine wirklich gute möglichkeit Florenz zu erleben. Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb, deshalb war unser Plan erst mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Wir haben dann aber bemerkt das es eine Bushaltestelle nur 4 Minuten entfernt gibt (Linie11). Für nur 1,7€ kann man so in die Altstadt kommen. Top! So steht das Auto sicher im Hotel und man spart noch Parkgebühren!!!"
"Property is beautiful everywhere you turn, straight out of a movie! Hotel is located at the top of a mountain and you get to over see the vineyards and cities., absolutely beautiful views. The only downside is the hotel only has 2 restaurants that offer diner and they alternate on which night they are opened, you also need reservations in advance and even then tables with a view are not guaranteed.
