"Although we did not have time to go to the casino, the hotel section is very clean, quiet and spacious. The area is scenic, with shopping and restaurants in nearby Port Perry. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall all, we enjoyed staying at Great Blue Heron, and will come back again."

"The room was clean and, surprisingly, quiet. There were many wedding guests, etc staying at the time. As well as young children and older people. Our biggest problem was accessibility. We asked for a quiet room due to illness and we were given a room on the second floor. I have a titanium knee and limited mobility. The climb up the stairs and the long walk down the hallway did me in for the day. My husband found out that the only other option was a first level room but they have sliding door...

"There was no comfortable chair in the room that you could relax in to read or rest before getting into bed or after having a shower. Bed was very comfortable to sleep and temperature in room was good"

"We had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and everything was easy and convenient. We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again"

"Fantastic People"

"Très bien"

"Booked this location because it was pet friendly and wanted the room with the hot tub, on arrival was told we couldn’t have the room because of the pet and was downgraded with no credit. Additionally, after paying extra for the pet, there was no water or anything available for him to drink."

"Property is nice and clean front desk staff night guy was excellent and breakfast was very good honestly all staff is good"

"Hot breakfast was great. Staff was friendly & helpful. Access to outside from your room via patio door was great for pet friendly room."
