"It is a fantastic location, and the room was very clean. The staff were excellent and there were plenty of staff who were well trained. They spoke English well. The buffet was great, and there were plenty of variety. The taste was 4/5. My room had the city view, and it was excellent. The pool, and gym were excellent. In the lobby, I wish there were more comfortable chairs. In order to sit in the comfortable chair area in the lobby area, you have to buy a drink. I felt you are being nickel and dimed for everything despite, hotel putting great effort to appear 5 stars. Also, I wish the bakery had greater selection. Overall, great hotel, but I felt hotel lacked the warm and cozy feeling. It certainly wasn't the staff; it was just vibe hotel gave off. Maybe it is Gangnam thing."
