We stayed in the “Panoramic Ocean View Suite,” and the view from the living room was absolutely stunning. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You’re exactly where you want to be—steps from the beach and surrounded by both local gems and popular spots, making it easy to switch between exploring and relaxing. What stood out most was the staff—consistently helpful, genuinely attentive, and quick to make everything feel effortless. We’ve stayed at other residence-style hotels nearby, but this one clearly stands out in both location and overall experience. If you’re visiting Busan with more than four people, this is an easy recommendation—one of those stays that simply works, and a place where you’ll create great memories with family and friends."

"Hotel is ok for its price range. Good breakfast selections. Room quite tight. Bathroom is like one you'll find in a cruise ship. Really tiny. Front desk staff is awful. We're in our 70s. I asked if we could have extra pillows because we have a bit of discomfort when the pillows are not sufficiently elevated. The young lady at the front desk was hesitant. There is a young man, who was obviously more senior, was instructing her how to respond instead of just replying directly to me. She said the hotel only allowed one extra pillow per room. This is the first hotel that we have visited that declined this type of request. "
