"All staff interactions were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The taxi driver who picked me up at 5AM for a tour and returned for me later was especially pleasant. However, I had a few challenges: The 7-Eleven staff was somewhat impatient with me as I tried to check out. The Cafe was booked out for lunch by a group and I couldn't eat there, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that I didn't have any options for lunch except leaving the hotel or going to 7-Eleven. The pillows were too soft and I couldn't get the front desk to understand a question regarding the availability of firmer pillows. My key card failed every other time I used it in the elevator. If someone was already there, it wouldn't recognize my floor, twice I had to walk up from the 10th floor. If someone else came in after me, the elevator would drop my floor and I would have to tap my card again or the other guest would so that I could register my floor. Just a suggestion, but grab bars in the shower would be useful especially for accessibility."

"Hard to find hotel as no name outside and looks like a just a coffee shop. Name is in small letters on the door. It was heavy rain for the 2 days we were there and no one was drying the floor so very slippy all the time. Staff not the friendliest. However once we got to our room (ocean premier double) it was huge with full kitchen sofa and washing machine. However nothing proved in the kitchen such as spoons for tea and coffee plates/ cutlery. Not sure why it had a stove as no pots or pans .bed was super comfortable. Saying all this had the best night's sleep in the bed! Would probably stay again."

"Exceptional quality of service and attention. One of the best hotel that I have stayed in. The staff went out of the way, from door men to attending staff to make you welcome and enjoy their hospitality. Right at the beach and accessible to main attractions by Taxi. The concierge were helpful in meeting our request. Truly memorable stay and will recommend to all. I will confess that I was upgraded to an ocean facing suite as expedia gold member and was given a bottle of wine but that was beside the point."

"Excellent location! So close to the street market and lots of stores and restaurants. The beach is right across the street too! You do have to deal with having to use 2 separate elevators to get to your room or go downstairs. We had a washer in the room and were able to use a drying rack. Overall it was a very nice stay."

"Absolutely gorgeous room and very comfortable, we loved it and the property is beautiful too. It is a shame though that the main indoor pool is in a completely different building and also the breakfast options should be more international as well as the room service. The kids club is beautiful but needs more actual toys and arts and crafts options as the kids get bored very quickly with the things that are currently offered..Also the grounds had very few clients so a bit odd for such a large property. Lastly, food was very good at Beckrt but for the price food should be brought to the table by the server and also we should not have to clear our own table."
