"We had a 20 hr amtrak ride from New Orleans to Chicago and my wife got sick. Ms. Beverly of the front desk assisted us and help us with our early check in procedure so my wife can take a rest immediately. She was very kind and helpful also with my special needs son who is in spectrum. Overall, we will go back to this hotel and recommend them to everyone. The location is very good, staffs are so nice the hotel is so clean and family oriented place. Thank you Silversmith!!!"

"I haven't stayed at a hotel/hostel before, so I don't know if my expectations were unreasonable. First, the good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The hot water and AC were plentiful. I felt safe and wasn't bothered by noise from neighbors. I didn't see any bugs. They even had a live musician during at least one of the evenings I was there.
