"There is no staff that we saw. The front entrance door was broken and locked us out. We emailed but received no response. The location was scenic but we couldn’t enjoy from inside the room as the windows were filthy. The room was noisy and bedding just ok. Overall, would not stay again."

"The atmosphere of the hotel was unique, fun, and full of character. The room itself was quite small, however. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion provided, and only a shared soap dispenser was available for both hand washing and showering. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was satisfying overall. One of the highlights of the hotel was its location in a lovely neighborhood, just a short walk from the water."

"Breakfast options are varied and filling. Regardless of what you eat, they had a variety of items to accommodate just about anyone. Staff was incredibly nice and kept us updated about the status of our room readiness. "

"This is not really a hotel for sightseeing, but more for getting easy access to the airport, so I really appreciated that breakfast was available from early in the morning. The room was simple, but it was enough just for sleeping. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The things that bothered me were that the taxi fare was higher than the price I had been told in advance, and the electric kettle in the room had not been cleaned and still had water in it, so I couldn’t use it."

"Alles super. Unkomplizierter Self-Check-in/out. Sehr sauber. Handtücher nach Bedarf erneuert. Frühstück relativ umfangreich mit frischem Obst, Brötchen, Porridge und der Möglichkeit sich selbst Waffeln zu machen. Super!"

"We enjoyed our stay here on our layover from London to America. The staff was helpful and let us store our luggage while we explored the area. There were some toiletries to use and food to eat from other travelers. I would stay here again if I had a night layover in Iceland."

"I would not recommend staying here. It is not conveniently located, not close to anything that you might be interested in. Very basic amenities. New modern very basic room. Breakfast was pretty good. I found it very expensive for what they provided. I stayed in two other hotels in Reykjavik and they were considerably better value for the money."

"Its a small self checkin guesthouse in middle of commercial looking area. But well managed and clean. You need to follow simple instruction to self checkin and get into hotel. No staff at hotel. Room was good enough for one night. No shampoo or conditioner so carry with you. No microwave but small fridge and kettle was handy. Wish curtains were more dark and covering whole window as it was very lighted due to sun whole time during summer."
