"Good hotel"

"The room was perfectly maintained, and the area is nice and quiet. It's also very convenient because there's a mini-mall right next door with a coffee shop, pharmacy, and convenience store. Parking wasn't a concern at all either, as they have plenty of spaces available. And on top of that, the customer support team was excellent—always quick to reply and very helpful."

"The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was very well done. The room was very bare though. There was nothing to unpack your suitcase into like drawers so had to keep everything in the suitcase for five days and the location. If you didn't rent a car, bus transportation was a nightmare. Got lost numerous times as the driver did not announce upcoming stops and no monitor working saying the next stop. If you have a car, it's about a 20 minute ride to downtown."

I stayed here a few years and remember it fondly, this week has been a joke: nothing works, the staff are oblivious, the rooms are old and the breakfast buffet is terrible. Let’s start from the top: 1) the rooms vary, you should insist on the ‘updated’ room otherwise you’re basically staying in a hostel 2) the faucet turns itself off. "Highly recommended, I had an amazing stay!! One thing to be aware of is that the hot water in the shower and sink smells pretty strongly of sulfur, but the cold water has no smell."

"Loved the location, the building was very clean inside and out. Lacking basic room amenities. No TV, radio, or anything anywhere in the building. Power outlets in weird locations. Wasn’t pleased that we couldn’t even enter the building until check in time, that definitely needs to be looked at for future customers with luggage. "

Strange to have steps leading to the room, which means you have to lift your luggage up a few steps to reach the door. "The location is perfect for exploring downtown. The only issue are the doors slam easily. So during the night you can hear other guest comming and going. Other thank that, it was a very nice stay. Thanks David B"

"Bathrooms need to be updated. Flimsy shower curtains and sinks that don’t drain well is not a good look. More is expected from a 4 star hotel"

"Great space, modern touches in a very central part of the city. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The pull out couch was as expected, so may be better with younger children, but overall, very happy with our stay."
